Gian Jyoti Global School, Phase 2, Mohali was established in 1974, on the pious day of Baisakhi, with three teachers and only two students on the rolls, under the committed leadership of dynamic and dedicated founder Director Principal Mrs. Ranjeet Bedi.
The school is rendering competitive, matchless and innovative education to the students from classes’ pre nursery to 12th with Medical, Non Medical and Commerce streams. “Chardi Kala” the inspiring motto of the school has turned all the hurdles into milestones and the school has reached a pinnacle of glory.
Even after being the most reputed co-educational school of the area providing quality education to the students it’s further committed to still rise higher and will always be ready to meet the challenges ahead.
Registration for Classes Pre-Nursery to 9th and 11th starts from the month of December to March.
The new session will commence from the First week of April.
- Admission for Classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery and K.G is on the basis of first come first serve
- Admission for the Classes I to III will be on the basis of interview.
- Entrance tests and interview will be conducted for classes IV to IX, subject to the seats available. Entrance test of subjects ( English, Math, Hindi or Punjabi)will be conducted.
Note: There is no direct admission for classes 10 and 12.

Obtaining the Application Form
Parents who wish to apply for admission should obtain the brochure and application. This can be rendered in cash or demand draft drawn in favour of Gian Jyoti Global School.

Documents Required for Admission
The attested photocopy of the following documents should be submitted.
- Birth Certificate of the child.
- SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.
- One passport size photograph each of the child, child’s father and mother.
- Transfer Certificate from the previous school.
- Aadhar Card Copy of the Child.
- Previous Year’s Report Card (Class 1 Onwards).

Confirmation of Admission
On receipt of acceptance of admission, parents have to pay the fees within the stipulated date.
