  • Nancy of XI (Non-Medical) was honoured as the best student of the school by Amar Ujala.
  • Gaganpreet Singh Kalra topped in Mock Test for Class X conducted by Syal’s Helix Institute and won a laptop.
  • Our student Amritpal Singh Bawa got the honour of the Highest Award of Rashtrapati Scout.

  • It was a great opportunity for two students of Gian Jyoti Global School, Phase 2, Mohali when they were selected to represent their state Punjab in the 30th National Learn to Live together Camp at Raipur (Chattisgarh).
  • Amandeep Kaur, Jasmine Gill, in the age group of 10-14 years, along with PGT Teacher Ms. Sushma Sharma were invited by State Council for Child Welfare to participate in the 30th National Learn to Live together Camp at Raipur (Chattisgarh).
  • The BHARAT VIKAS PARISHAD (Regd.) bestowed Niyati Phanse with a Certificate of Merit along with a Trophy as Best Student Award for 2007 for her outsanding achievements in the field of education for the year 2007. She has secured First Position in the class X Board examination. The Parishad honours the best students of various schools on the ocassion of GURU VANDAN & CHATRA ABHINANDAN DAY.
  • Aditya Chabbra, a student of class X of Gian Jyoti Global School won fame for his school by winning 3rd prize in the Declamation Contest conducted by British Library during World Book Week. Around 50 schools from the tricity – Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali participated in the event. Aditya very effectively expressed his views on ‘WHY I LOVE BOOKS’ and was awarded 3rd prize. He was presented with a shield and an appreciation certificate along with a dictionary.
  • Samridhi Chikarsal: Topped the school in Class XII (Med) with 86.47 per cent. 98th rank in Punjab PMT.
  • Amit Bhola: Secured 99/100 in Maths in Class XII (CBSE). Got admission in Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.
  • Abhishek & Nosheen stood 3rd in helxomania, organised by P.U., awarded by Prof. Yashpal. On 16th Oct.2003 Indian Science Congress, Chandigarh zone organised various competitions in Helixomania 2003 at Biotechnology Dept. of P.U., on the occasion of completion of 50 years of discovery of DNA.Students of Gian Jyoti Global School enthusiastically participated in various events and bagged the third prize in Inter School Quiz Competition. They also added another feather to the crown by getting the first prize in the event �Press conference� which was opened for the students of all colleges and schools Prof. Yashpal an eminent Scientist gave away prizes and motivated the students.

  • Abhishek & Mohit 1st in quiz during science day celebrations conducted by P.U. (Indian Science Congress Chd. Chapter) Jaspreet Singh stood 1st in 100m race (under 16 category) at CBSE inter school athletic meet.
  • Kamalpreet Singh stood 1st in 200m race (under 16 category) at CBSE inter school athletic meet.
  • Supreet Singh of stood 1st in 600m race (under 16 category) at CBSE inter school athletic meet.
  • Simranjeet Kaur stood 1st in shot put (under 16 category) at CBSE inter school athletic meet.
  • Gurpreet Kaur stood 1st in shot put (under 14 category) at CBSE inter school athletic meet.
  • Sultan Singh Chinna bagged V position in 47th National Shooting Championship Competition held at Hyderabad, organised by the National Rifle Association of India.
  • Rohit Gulati stood 1st in Brainstorm medical quiz organised by Govt. Medical College Sec-32.
  • State swimming association (U.T.) Sec-23 organized swimming competition in which Amandeep Singh of II B won First positions in in 50 mts. Back stroke, 50 mts. Free style, 50 mts. Breast stroke respectively.
  • Abhishek Khanna, a student of +2, Non- Medical of Gian Jyoti Global School, Phase 2, Mohali added one more feather in the list of achievements of GJGS. He grabbed one of the top ranks in I.I.T.J.E.E (INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JOINT ENTRANCE EXAM.) He cleared this exam with 1642nd rank. Abhishek, being ambitious, was restlessly and ceaselessly working in the same direction. He gives the credit of his success to his parents, teachers and of course his determination to work towards his goal to achieve success.
  • Ankita Pal, a brilliant student of Gian Jyoti Global School added one more feather in the cap of Gian Jyotian family, as she cleared All India Institute of Medical Sciences entrance for MBBS course 2006. She has also bagged 84th rank in the CBSE-PMT.
  • Jaspreet Singh a student of Gian Jyoti Global School, from last 9 years got 83.6% marks in class X CBSE Board Examination and proved that handicap is not a barrier to achieve success… His achievement becomes special and gigantic because he is a patient of incurable Muscular Dystrophy and is 95% physically handicap. He remains glued to the wheel chair. His father says that this disease was detected when he was only five and suddenly started losing control on his limbs. He got 88% marks in Punjabi,84% in English, 82% in Mathematics, Science and Social Sciences.
  • Neha Sharma, a Class XI student of Gian Jyoti Global School, Phase2, Mohali won fame for her school by winning various prizes at Mini 2011 Olympics organized by Pattronage of Chandigarh Olympic Association at Lake Sports Complex, Chandigarh. Many participants from the tricity tried their luck in archery in which Neha won a gold, 2 silver and one bronze medal for demonstrating her skills in Archery. She won a gold medal in 30 metre archery whereas she bagged 2 silver medals for 40 metre and overall standings each. She got a bronze medal in Olympic round Individual archery Championship.
